We are a family based development company with origins from Upstate New York. Started in 1970 by Richard Gollel at the young age of 19, he quickly became one of the biggest and most respected developers in Rochester, NY. Now he is carrying on his legacy in South Florida through working with his daughter and sons, Jessica, Richard, and Michael, and trusted associates to develop multiple commercial properties in South Florida, including The Bite Eatery. As food lovers and locals of Pompano Beach themselves, Gollel Family Properties' goal is to create a food hall concept unlike anything South Florida offers. We hope you can be a part of this amazing family and team.
There will be nine different restaurant vendors within the space, each offering their own type of unique menu with no two menus offering the same. Being apart of this food hall is already in high demand, with limited spaces left, act fast before you miss your chance to be a part of The Bite Eatery.
The Bite Eatery will also include a full service bar. Vendors are not required (but able if wanted) to supply any type of beverages, as the bar will be the main source for the consumer's beverages including wine, beer, and liquor.
Not only do you want to jump on this opportunity now because spaces are limited, but also because the earlier you sign onto The Bite as a vendor, the more of the process you will be able to be apart of. This means that lessee's who sign preliminary to construction will have the ability to design and construct their own space to their specifications.
One thing that makes this food hall unique compared to others is the technology it will offer! We will be using a Point of Sale tablet technology that will be provided on each of the tables so that consumers may browse and order menu items of all the restaurants right from their table. Though consumers will still be able to order food from your restaurant the traditional way of going up to the counter as well, this technology will offer convenience to both the consumers and vendors and increase sales.
As a food hall, the common area amenities will be shared between all the vendors and managed by the owners. This common area will include beverage services, plates and silverware, Point of Sale technology, furniture, restrooms, maintenance, HVAC units, grease traps, cleaning services, bussing employees, dishwashers, and more! Our vendors will not need to worry about anything besides the food that they are cooking.
What makes this food hall so great is that it is ideal for anyone and everyone! As a vendor it is ideal because you are able to provide your consumers with a full service restaurant at a fraction of the cost to you. If you are a previous or current restaurant owner, food truck operator, caterer, or just beginning your dream of owning a restaurant, this food hall concept is exactly what you need to expand or start your business. It is also ideal for the consumer because not only is it in the perfect location (next to Pompano Beach) but also because it will offer a variety of choices for those groups who just can't decide where to eat.
